How to Last Longer
Lasting longer is a mix of physical control, arousal management, and sometimes simple logistics. There is no single trick.
Start Less Aroused Than You Think
If you are already close before penetration starts, you have little room to work with. More build-up for your partner and a calmer entry for you often produces a longer session.
Physical Techniques
Slow down before the point of no return. Back off earlier — when you first feel the build becoming intense.
Change stimulation. Switch positions, switch to oral or hands, or change from deep to shallow.
Edging (Training)
During solo play, practice getting close and backing off without finishing. This trains recognition of your arousal levels.
What Does Not Work Well
- Distracting yourself with unrelated thoughts
- Numbing products
- Only focusing on “holding back” instead of managing arousal earlier
